Eco-friendly packaging. We reuse packing materials from our vendors rather than sourcing new. Recycle or reuse what arrives — keep the chain going.
Same-day shipping

Order by 1 PM EST Monday through Saturday and your order ships the same day — as long as billing is verified and all items are in stock.

Orders placed after 1 PM, or on Sunday, ship the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday.

A few other details
Orders to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses ship via USPS only.
Gift card orders ship free — they're delivered digitally.
We'll notify you of any billing complications before your order is held.
We follow all national regulations on restricted or prohibited items.

Out-of-stock items

If an item in your order goes out of stock after you've placed it, we'll contact you immediately and hold your order. Back-ordered items ship separately at no extra charge via standard shipping when available.

30-day returns, no questions asked
We'll accept any unopened item for any reason within 30 days of purchase.
Our policy

We stand behind every product we carry. Return any unopened item within 30 days for a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are issued promptly on receipt of the unopened item.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to decline returns that don't meet our requirements.

How to return an item

Let us know it's coming
Contact us by chat, phone, or email before sending anything back. This helps us process your return quickly on arrival.

Pack it up and ship it
Package the product carefully with your receipt. Return shipping is at your expense. We must receive the return within the 30-day window.

Refund issued
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund goes back to your original payment method promptly.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If something arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll sort it out immediately — no return shipping required in most cases.
